These terms explain the use of the PointzPlus launch website and its early-access waitlist.

1. Scope

These terms cover the website and launch waitlist only. They do not govern a PointzPlus app account, mailbox connection, payment or subscription. Separate terms will be provided for app features before they become available.

2. The launch waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and asks us to send the launch notification described on the homepage. It does not create an app account, purchase, subscription or entitlement to rewards. Please submit an email address you control. To request removal, email hello@pointzplus.com.

A waitlist entry does not guarantee a launch date, invitation priority, availability in your country or access to a particular feature. Release plans may change.

3. Website information and illustrations

The website describes the intended PointzPlus product. Illustrations, figures and example reward balances are demonstrations, not your actual account data or an offer of cash value. Supported programmes and features will be confirmed for the released app.

Rewards are issued and governed by their respective programmes. This website does not issue, redeem or transfer those rewards, and its content is not financial advice.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not submit someone else's contact information without permission, spam the forms, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the website or use it unlawfully.

5. Content and external links

PointzPlus branding and website material may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may view and share links to the website; this does not give permission to misrepresent an affiliation or reuse protected material beyond what applicable law allows.

Links to social platforms and other external websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors, change or be temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on a demonstration or launch estimate as a guaranteed product commitment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
