This notice explains how the PointzPlus launch website handles information when you browse the site, join the waitlist or contact us.

1. Scope and contact

This notice covers the website and launch waitlist only. It does not describe account creation, mailbox access, loyalty-data processing or other features of the future PointzPlus app. Those features will have separate privacy information before you use them.

2. Information collected

• If you join the waitlist, you provide your email address. The form also includes an anti-spam field.
• If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment information or mailbox content.
• Our hosting and form providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, submission time and security logs, to deliver the website and prevent abuse.

The waitlist does not request a password, bank details, loyalty account credentials or access to your email inbox.

3. How information is used

The waitlist email is used to maintain your launch-interest entry and send the launch notification described on the homepage. Contact messages are used to respond to your enquiry. Technical information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Joining the waitlist is not a request for unrelated promotional campaigns.

4. Services used by this website

This website version is configured for PointzPlus VPS hosting with a dedicated form service and PostgreSQL storage. When deployed, submitted email addresses are stored in that database; collecting an address does not send an email automatically. Hosting providers may process information outside your country under their own service arrangements.

The page loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to Google for font files; those requests include technical information such as your IP address and browser headers. Google explains this processing in its Google Fonts privacy information.

Social links take you to third-party websites. Their own privacy notices apply once you visit them.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The current website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or local-storage tracking. Hosting, security services and third-party destinations may have their own technical processing. We will update this notice if website integrations change.

6. Retention and your choices

Waitlist entries are intended to be kept for launch preparation and the launch notification, not indefinitely for unrelated marketing. The final retention schedule is still being confirmed. You can request access, correction or removal of your waitlist entry by emailing hello@pointzplus.com from the address you submitted. We may ask for proportionate verification before handling a request. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

7. Security and updates

We aim to limit access to submitted information to people and service providers who need it for the purposes above. No internet service can promise absolute security. Changes to this notice will be published here with an updated date.
